I was looking at Tara Stiles You Tube Channel and saw where in January she did a 7 day conscious eating challenge. She did a video blog of the things she ate for one week, and encouraged others to do the same, or take pictures, or simple write it down. I was thinking that this would be a great idea. I've been trying to make better decisions with my food choices, but still have really really bad days. I'm not trying to lose any weight, just eat better. So Can and I are going to try it, but we decided to do it for 2 weeks, hoping to make it a
habit.
