Today was also Week 1 Day 5 of Insanity... Pure Cardio. And the name doesn't lie! This video seemed to be the most intense video yet! Unlike the workouts thus far, this workout was non-stop, with no breaks until the end. I can't believe week 1 is almost over!!
Work was great today! Mostly because I got to leave at 1:00 p.m. and the other is I didn't have to do much... But not to worry, I have a feeling next week is going to make up for it.
Good deed for the day... after work I took my recyclables to Rainbow Grocery... my way of saving the planet one milk carton at a time!
