I had to be at work at 6:00 a.m.... it sucks, but the good thing is I got to leave at 2:00 p.m. This was nice... It gave me plenty of time to go home and do today's Insanity video... before I met with my running group for our 4 mile run....
Today was Week 1 Day 2 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit
It really wasn't as bad as it sounds. It was tough, but as soon as I thought I couldn't finish, they would change the workout up a little so I would push just a little bit harder. It was great! I was feeling really good for my run downtown Jackson.
This is our group - The Jacktown Run-down (post run)... We decided we would try and meet every two weeks and pick a different restaurant to run around each time... The reward at the end is that we actually eat at the restaurant. This time the pick was Hal & Mal's!
I was doing good until the start of mile 2... I was pretty beat, but managed to push through and finish. I felt good when it was all over and felt I had earned the big cheese burger at the end.
