Today was my little sisters 25th birthday! (Somehow I managed to not get any pictures)
We started the evening by just chilling and having a drink at my apt. We decided that because it is so expensive to order drinks at the restaurant, I would provide some drinks before dinner.
I made Jug Juice or Electric Lemonade. This is something I learned from John's little brother Dan. It's what all the cool kids are drinking now.
In case you wanted to know the recipe:
Electric Lemonade
1 Gallon Water
1 Tub of Country Time Lemonade
750 ml. Rum (I use Bacardi)
Pour out about half the water from the gallon jug and set to the side. Pour the entire contents of the lemonade and rum into the jug. Fill to the top with water you set aside. (Leave room so you can shake contents.) Serve over ice and enjoy!
After drinks, we headed to P.F. Chang's for dinner.
We started off with the Dynamite Shrimp! They are so good!! For dinner Teresa and I both got the fried rice, mine with chicken and hers with shrimp and beef. We both shared with Mom. It was so delicious! I even have leftover for lunch tomorrow.
We finished the night back at my apt. for birthday cake! Red Velvet Cake to be exact. It was so rich and delicious, I'm going to take the leftovers to work tomorrow. So I'm either going to be loved or hated in the morning. :D
I'll end by singing:
::Happy Birthday to You::
::Happy Birthday to You::
::Happy Birthday Dear Teresa!::
::Happy Birthday to You::
