Day 11: Conscious Eating Challenge

Woke up this morning with a food hangover. I felt pretty crappy. With the amount of food I ate last night and the lack of sleep. (I stayed up entirely too late last night reading, and woke up very early. I was trying to get to work early to make up some time.)

Breakfast:

1/2 cup Very Vanilla Silk Milk (65 cal.)
and vitamins! 

2 Cups of Coffee w/ creamer (80 cal.)

Bad Lunch:

Every two weeks Time Out Sports Bar has a lunch special that I love! Bowtie Chicken Pasta. I know it is bad but I went and got it anyway. I hoping dinner will be better tonight.

Bread Pudding

Update: I only took one bite of the bread pudding. Turns out it has coconut in it, which I happen to hate!

Sweet Tea

Dinner at Mazzio's:

Cheese Dippers w/ sauce (400 cal.)

2 slices of Thin Crust Pepperoni and Olive
(450 cal.)

Sweet Tea

The turned out to be a mistake... I shouldn't have had caffeine so late!! It took me forever to get to sleep, even though I was so tired!!!

Water - 4 glasses
Running - no run
Gym - no gym
