Day 5: Conscious Eating Challenge

Today is a good day and I will be good in it!

I'm starting off today with a positive affirmation. Hoping it will help get me through the day. Yesterday, I started off good, and after lunch things took a turn for the worst. I did manage to drink 6 cups of water with was great, considering my numbers for the beginning of the week.

I'm a little worried about how the rest of the weekend is going to go. I'm have lots of family coming in town to visit with my Gramma, then means lots of eating out. I just need to be strong and make good choices!

Breakfast:

1/2 cup Very Vanilla Silk Milk (65 cal.)
and vitamins!

Coffee and creamer (45 cal.)

Fiber One Yogurt (50 cal.)
Wheat Flakes (100 cal.)
10 grams fiber!

Lunch:

Teresa's leftover sushi (200 cal.?) (it got left at my apt.)
Lite soy sauce (15 cal.)
And Pouch of edamame (70 cal.)

Snack:


Pink Lady apple

Dinner:


Popeye's Wicked Chicken
Mashed Potatoes
Biscuit
BBQ Sauce

Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate hard candy (12.5 cal.)

Water - 8 glasses
Running - No running
Gym - a.m. spin class

  1. oh yum!!! that looks like imitation crab and some mayo sort of stuff??

  2. I think so :( There was 2 like that, 3 with crawfish, and two with crabstick and cream cheese. I didn't have any spicy mayo, just light soy. At least the edamame is good! :)
