Day 8: Conscious Eating Challenge!!!

Here's to week 2! I hope it goes better than week 1!

Breakfast:

 1/2 cup Very Vanilla Silk Milk (65 cal.)
and vitamins!

Coffee and creamer (45 cal.)

Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Banana Bread (160 cal.)
Made with Very Vanilla Silk Milk (97 cal.)
And Banana (105 cal.)

Lunch:

Cheese Ravioli!

(220 cal.) (3 grams fiber)

Snack:

Pink Lady Apple and
Indulgent Trail Mix

KUDOS TO ME!

Today at work, I turned down CUPCAKES!!

Bad Dinner:

Tonight we went to Kismet's for dinner. There are plenty of things on the menu that would have been good choices, but I didn't really make them.  I chose my usual: pita mozz and I had to have some curly fries with Greek seasoning!

We also all shared a piece of pie. 5 people and one slice. I look one bite and that was it. Yea!

Running - a.m. run
Gym - elliptical 30 min. and weights
