((5 grams of Fiber and 15 grams of protein))
I was doing good until... The Baby Shower:
Fruit and 2 meatballs (It was hard to resist)
Strawberries (10 cal.)
Pineapple (40 cal.)
Grapes (50 cal.)
Meatballs (100 cal.)
Hawaiian Punch and Sprite?? (60 cal.)
Small piece of cake (100 cal.)??
Dinner:
Pita Mozz and Feta Dressing
Cottage Fries and Feta Dressing
(Teresa and I shared this,and left some behind)
I was pretty disappointed with myself how things went after lunch. I was doing so good the first part of the day, and then when the afternoon came, I didn't do so good. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
