Day 3: Conscious Eating Challenge!!

Pre-Breakfast:

1/2 cup Very Vanilla Silk Milk (65 cal.)
and vitamins!

Breakfast:

Coffee and creamer (45 cal.) 

Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Banana Bread (160 cal.)
Made with Very Vanilla Silk Milk (97 cal.)

 Lunch:

PB & J and Wheat Thins!
2 slices of Bread (100 cal.)
2 Tbsp Jif Natural PB (190 cal.)
1 Tbsp jelly (50 cal.)
Wheat Thins (160 cal.)
Eek!

Snack:

String Cheese! (50 cal.)

Dinner:

8 pieces of sushi! (250 -300 cal.)
lite soy sauce (15 cal.) and a little spicy mayo (50 cal.)

My no fortune Fortune Cookie (30 cal.)

Late Night Drink:

Cup of Crystal Light

Water - 5 glasses
Running - 30 min a.m. run
Gym - 30 min elliptical

  3. I took a different picture today for you, one of vitamins the vitamins, my B Complex was a pill but now it's a gummy!

    I know... there are lots of them. :)
