Day 12: Conscious Eating Challenge

Breakfast:

1/2 cup Very Vanilla Silk Milk (65 cal.)
and vitamins!

2 Cups of Coffee w/ creamer (80 cal.)

WW String Cheese (50 cal.)
Mott's Apple Sauce (50 cal.)

Lunch: Leftovers

Pizza (600 cal.)

Snack #1:

Lite Carmel Frappuccino
w/ Carmel (150 cal.)

Snack #2:

100 cal. yogurt pretzels


Dinner:

Corner Bakery (470 cal.)
Harvest Chicken Salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette

Dessert:

Berry Berry Good Yogurt

Raspberry and White Chocolate yogurt
w/ raspberries and white chocolate chips

Water - 5 glasses
Running - a.m. run
Gym - no gym

Candice, Louis, and Parker are staying with me this weekend! Although I'm not going to get to spend much time with them, I'm pretty excited they are staying with me! Tonight I got them to watch Twilight for the first time! It was lots of fun watching their reactions.
