Dinner and a Broadway Musical!

This afternoon, John and I headed downtown to see Rock of Ages! We saw it in New York and loved it. I would consider it the best play we've seen in New York. A while back we found out that the show was now on tour, and it is almost the entire case that was on Broadway!

We went to the 2 o'clock matinee so we could see it before I had to get back to Jackson. It was a fantastic show! Our seats were great and we had such a great time! If this comes to a city near you, it is one to see. Even the guys will like it. It has scantily dressed women, the best of the 80's rock and roll, and a love story for the ladies!

I recently heard the play is being made into a movie! Pretty exciting. I will make sure to post the trailer when it comes out.

After the play was over John took me out to eat to the great little Thai Buffet!  I've gotten where I really like Thai food and this buffet offered everything I could want, a little Pad Thai, chicken skewers with peanut sauce, and they even had a little sushi. My only disappointment was the ice cream, which I love. It was coconut ice cream... But they did have some fruits and other great little desserts! Yum Yum!
