Movie Night!

Tonight I watched Sullivan's Travels, a comedy starring Joel McCrea and Veronica Lake. This movie is about a young Hollywood director, who wants to make a movie called O Brother, Where Art Thou?. His producer friends then point out to him that he knows nothing about poverty. So, he decides to go from Hollywood to Las Vegas with only 10 cents in his pocket. He is also joined by an aspiring actress. When his experiment is almost over, he runs into real trouble. Causing him to change his mind about the kind of films he wants to make.

I thought this movie was great! It's one of the best movies I've seen from this list in a while! It was a nice little feel good movie that reminds you how great it is to laugh!
