Safe Haven Book Review!

Summary: When a mysterious young woman named Katie appears in the small North Carolina town of Southport, her sudden arrival raises questions about her past. Beautiful yet self-effacing, Katie seems determined to avoid forming personal ties until a series of events draws her into two reluctant relationships: one with Alex, a widowed store owner with a kind heart and two young children; and another with her plainspoken single neighbor, Jo. This book was unlike any Nicholas Sparks book I've ever read. It had a love story, of course, but the main topic of the book was much more serious. For a Nicholas Sparks book I was surprised and happy with the ending. I mainly picked up this book because it's being made into a movie! It comes out Valentine's Day 2013! Here is the trailer...
